Step into The Emotion Journey: a personal and transformative guidance program in which you learn to see your emotions as pointers to inner freedom, fulfillment and creative power. During 8 sessions I will guide you step by step with the Emotion Method: • First feel what lives inside you (without judgment) • Then let go of what hinders you • And finally consciously choose & create what you do want to feel You develop emotional resilience, learn to listen to your inner compass and manifest from within. How does it work? • We start with an online intake via Google Meet in which we clarify your intentions and themes. • Then we plan 8 online sessions (60 minutes), with an interval of 2 to 4 weeks (depending on your rhythm, max. 8 months valid). • You will receive interim inspiration assignments and possibly emotion exercises. This program is ideal for those who are ready to go deep, break patterns and create from a fulfilled inner world. Emotional Inner Alchemy x6: In these sessions you will learn to use your emotions as your compass - a powerful tool for inner fulfillment and self-creation.
